Patricia is actively involved in the digital landscape and proactive in knowledge sharing. Patricia frequently speaks at events focused on digital trend, performance advertising and consumer targeting.
Conrad began his career in FMCG marketing at Boots and Kraft Jacobs Suchard. In 1994 he joined PolyGram Filmed Entertainment in rights acquisitions role later becoming VP of Programming for Universal Pictures International.
In 2003 he set up The Rights Company (TRC) – a digital production and rights management business working with international home entertainment distributors and independent TV producers.
TRC was sold to Warner Music in 2006 and for the next 8 years Conrad was President of Warner Music Entertainment.
April 2014, Conrad left WMG to co-found and become CEO of PopShack the first global network for music influencers.
